About the event
This is a 𝐟𝐮𝐧 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩, where I will share the 𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 and 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 of Mama Cacao, breaking down this information to the roots and learning how to make Cacao paste from the beans. Using 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝, we will discover what this plant medicine can give us in terms of energy and connection to the self, discovering how we can reframe our image of cacao into chocolate in its healthy form. I hope to inspire everyone to make a commitment to include cacao into their diet every day. The workshop will finish with a 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 to celebrate the day spent together, and the connection made with Mama Cacao.

As challenging as it was, the Temazcal was so amazing!!!! Antonio's expertise, his strong energy and guidance provided a feeling of safety and reassurance. Clearly I wasn't the only one feeling supported, and comfortable stepping into this new experience outside my 'comfort zone' without knowing how uncomfortable it was going to get.
Also the support that came through from our beautiful mother earth, such a deep connection with Papatuanuku like I had never felt before. This was extremely grounding while also providing a sense of lightness, elation, peace and contentedness.
