I am sooo excited to release this Online fun educational workshop, where I will share the history and healing properties of Mama Cacao.

About the event
During those 2 hours we will go back in time to see how Cacao was being used as a plant medicine in the Maya & Azteca culture to then move forward to our present moment.
The intention of this workshop is to raise awareness around this magical plant and all that she has to offer us in terms of mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
I will also share a vision from The Cacao Ambassador, which about true support, empowerment, education and love from the farmer of Cacao to the consumer.
It’s about changing the chocolate industry so when a consumer enjoys a piece of chocolate, it is known and transparent, every step of the care taken by everyone involved.

As challenging as it was, the Temazcal was so amazing!!!! Antonio's expertise, his strong energy and guidance provided a feeling of safety and reassurance. Clearly I wasn't the only one feeling supported, and comfortable stepping into this new experience outside my 'comfort zone' without knowing how uncomfortable it was going to get.
Also the support that came through from our beautiful mother earth, such a deep connection with Papatuanuku like I had never felt before. This was extremely grounding while also providing a sense of lightness, elation, peace and contentedness.
