"I'm always fascinated when I come upon practices that compliment my beloved NVC, and inviting ceremonial cacao into my life on a daily basis, has noticeably given me just this. In my experience, both NVC & cacao nurture heart-led living and loving self-connection, and intentionally using them alongside eachother (particularly in motherhood), I've been in awe of how incredibly they weave eachother to nourish communication, in a way that deeply connects.
I'm delighted to be co-offering this exploration (quite literally a taster!) of the two interwoven practices, with Giulia and Mama Cacao."

“I'm passionate about contributing to people's wellbeing by sharing my love for Cacao, and various holistic practices such as Yoga, Meditation, Shamanism, Sound. I came across NVC with Jess during a practitioner retreat where I was offering Cacao for the opening and closing. I felt so inspired and grateful to have found a way to connect with all my feelings and express them, and also be able to support my family and community to feel safe to do the same. About cacao it's another story. From a young age I have always had a love affair with Cacao, but never fully understood why, as everyone around me just saw it as chocolate. The Universe, of course, worked its power and through a friend, I found my way to The Cacao Ambassador. Magic truly happened. I completed a 6 week Emissary program and deep love erupted between myself and this plant medicine, so much love that I have decided to fully lean into her and share her benefit and healing properties with everyone!"

I felt united with Pachamama, it was like I was melting into the earth, feeling its embrace, blending in and completely surrendering in the process, I wasn't me any longer as I was a part of something much bigger and beautiful. As challenging as it was, the Temazcal was so amazing!!!! Antonio's expertise, his strong energy and guidance provided a feeling of safety and reassurance. Clearly I wasn't the only one feeling supported, and comfortable stepping into this new experience outside my 'comfort zone' without knowing how uncomfortable it was going to get.
Also the support that came through from our beautiful mother earth, such a deep connection with Papatuanuku like I had never felt before. This was extremely grounding while also providing a sense of lightness, elation, peace and contentedness.
