Bring an issue you would like to work on, and learn skills and techniques to gain insights and help you find a resolution.

Understand and recognise issues.
Learn techniques to heal these.
Understand how our past influences our present.

As challenging as it was, the Temazcal was so amazing!!!! Antonio's expertise, his strong energy and guidance provided a feeling of safety and reassurance. Clearly I wasn't the only one feeling supported, and comfortable stepping into this new experience outside my 'comfort zone' without knowing how uncomfortable it was going to get.
Also the support that came through from our beautiful mother earth, such a deep connection with Papatuanuku like I had never felt before. This was extremely grounding while also providing a sense of lightness, elation, peace and contentedness.
