These Intuitive sessions are tailored to each person specifically. Every session starts with a cup of Cacao, which the benefit of this plant supports in opening the heart centre and feeling grounded and connected with the experience. While consuming cacao I create a safe container for you to share of all the aspects and areas that you are conscious of which have drawn you to having the healing. This part of the healing generally also assists to increase your awareness regarding what needs clearing and how blockages have been created in your life, which helps for the healing to come through on a deeper level. The session might include: - Sound Healing; - Massage; - Oracle Cards Reading; - Energy Healing; The intention of these sessions is to support you in breaking down limiting belief, unlock energies that might have been stuck in your body, recalibrate your energy fields working with your chakras and assist you in your spiritual journey. After the session I invite you to take time to integrate the experience. During this time it is recommended to plan as much rest time as possible around what you usually do. After the healing you will receive an email with more information on how you can best support the integration of your healing.
